These terms and conditions govern the use of the website catalangolf.com and the booking of travel services through Catalan Golf.
About Us
Catalan Golf is a registered travel agency with the Generalitat de Catalunya (Registro de Turismo de Cataluña). We act as an intermediary between you and the suppliers of travel services (hotels, golf courses, transfer companies, experience providers).
Bookings and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices quoted are per person unless otherwise stated and may vary depending on dates, group size, and availability. A deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due before your arrival date as specified in your booking confirmation.
Cancellations
Cancellation policies vary by supplier. We will inform you of the specific cancellation terms for each element of your booking at the time of confirmation. In general, cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival may receive a partial refund. Cancellations within 30 days are subject to supplier penalties.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travellers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, and personal liability. Catalan Golf is not responsible for losses arising from the lack of adequate insurance.
Liability
Catalan Golf acts as an agent for third-party suppliers. While we take great care in selecting our partners, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of hotels, golf courses, transfer companies, or other service providers. Our liability is limited to the extent required by the EU Package Travel Directive where applicable.
Complaints
If you have a complaint about any aspect of your trip, please notify us as soon as possible so we can attempt to resolve the matter. Written complaints should be sent to info@catalangolf.com within 28 days of your return.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona.
